- 2Read the back label. The maker's company name and a Korean address are printed on it, with the full ingredient list. The barcode usually starts with 880, Korea's country prefix.
- 3The Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum is a light, slightly yellow gel-serum. Check the printed date on the bottle matches the box.
- 4Scan any QR code on the pack. A genuine one opens the brand's own website (axis-y.com) or a regional site of the same company, never a lookalike address.
Signs of a fake
- The code on the box and the code on the bottle do not match.

The Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum
This is the serum to start with for post-acne marks, sun spots and a dull, uneven face. 5% niacinamide is the gentle, well-proven way to fade pigment: it stops it reaching the surface, so marks lighten week by week. Squalane keeps skin soft and sea buckthorn adds antioxidants for a healthy glow. The light gel suits oily skin and sits well under sunscreen. Give it six to eight weeks, with SPF 50 every morning.
