We answer Saturday–Thursday, 10am–8pm. Calls are answered in Bangla and English. This is the same number that rings you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order, so it is worth saving. An unknown number is the one people do not pick up.
Message us on WhatsApp at 8801332147481. Best for sending a photo: a picture of your skin concern, a product carton, or a parcel that arrived damaged.
Our page is facebook.com/skinmaxbd. Messenger is where most of our customers reach us, and it is checked through the day.
support@skinmaxbd.com. Best for anything that needs a written record: a refund, a bulk order, or a corporate invoice. Please include your order number.
When we are open
Business hours: Saturday–Thursday, 10am–8pm. We are an online shop, so this is when a person answers the phone and the messages, not when a door is unlocked.
Before you write to us
Three questions come up more than any other, and each has a page that answers it faster than we can:

- Is it genuine? Where we buy from, and how to check a product yourself without taking our word for it, is on our authenticity promise.
Anything else, including "which sunscreen suits oily skin", is a question we are happy to be asked. Have your order number ready if it is about an order; it is in the SMS and on your order page, and it looks like SKX-2026-00001.
Wholesale, resellers and partnerships
We supply salons, clinics and resellers at trade prices on a minimum order. Use email rather than Messenger for this, since it needs a written quote and a proper invoice, and tell us your business name, what you are looking for, and roughly what quantity.
