The agreement between you and Skinmax BD when you order from this site. Written to be read, not to be survived.

“We” is Skinmax BD, an online cosmetics retailer operating in Bangladesh. “You” is anybody using this site. Placing an order means accepting these terms and our privacy policy.
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and you must give a real mobile number and a real delivery address in Bangladesh. We deliver only within Bangladesh.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm the order — for cash on delivery, that is the confirmation phone call; for an online payment, it is when the gateway confirms the payment and we have verified it. Until then we may decline an order, and the reasons are limited to these:
Pay in cash to the rider, or online by card, bKash, Nagad or Rocket through our payment gateway. Card and wallet details are entered on the gateway's own page and are never seen or stored by us. An online order is not dispatched until the payment has been confirmed by the gateway and verified by our server — a payment page that says “success” is not, by itself, a paid order.
Times quoted on the shipping & delivery page are estimates from the day we dispatch, not guarantees: couriers, Friday closures, holidays and Eid weeks affect them. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You may inspect a cash-on-delivery parcel before paying and refuse it if it is wrong or damaged.
Set out in full in the refund & return policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: cancel free of charge until dispatch; three days from delivery to report anything wrong, damaged, expired or not genuine; opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We describe products as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's own information. Photographs are illustrative — packaging is redesigned by brands without notice, and a shade on your screen is not a shade on your skin. Nothing on this site is medical advice: a cosmetic is not a treatment, and a persistent skin condition is for a dermatologist. Patch-test anything new, and read the manufacturer's warnings on the pack.
Your account is protected by a code sent to your mobile number, so keeping that number secure is what keeps the account secure. Tell us at once if you lose the number or think somebody else is using it. We may suspend an account used fraudulently, or one whose orders are persistently refused at the door.
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or to the brands whose products we sell. You may not copy the catalogue, scrape it automatically, or use it to build a competing listing. You may not attempt to interfere with the site or its security.
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered, in the condition described, and for refunding you when we do not. We are not responsible for a courier delay caused by weather, a strike or a national holiday, nor for a reaction to a genuine product used as directed, nor for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any liability that Bangladeshi law does not allow us to limit — in particular, your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 stand whatever this page says.

We may update this page; the date at the top says when. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it.
