We are an online beauty shop based in Dhaka, selling only products we can trace back to an authorised source — and shipping them to all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
Buying skincare in Bangladesh has never been about finding the product. Almost everything is available somewhere — in a New Market stall, on a Facebook page with 40,000 followers, in a shop in Bashundhara City. What is hard is knowing whether the thing in the box is what the box says it is, and whether anybody will answer you if it is not.
The people who started Skinmax BD in 2024 had all had the same experience from the other side: a niacinamide serum that smelled wrong, a sunscreen whose batch code did not exist in the manufacturer's system, a cream bought at a “40% off” price that no genuine importer could have offered and stayed in business. In every case the seller stopped replying. That is the problem this shop was built to solve — not selection, and not price. Traceability, and somebody to talk to.
We buy from authorised distributors and appointed importers, we record the batch code and expiry date of every carton that arrives, and we sell the result at a price that is consistent with having paid for genuine stock and cleared it properly. There is a full page on how that works and how you can check it yourself: our authenticity promise.
Everything else follows from that. We do not run a “lowest price in Bangladesh” claim, because the lowest price in Bangladesh is usually a counterfeit. We phone every cash-on-delivery order before it is dispatched, because a courier round-trip on a parcel nobody meant to order is a cost that ends up in somebody's price. And we take a product back within three days if it reaches you wrong, damaged or too close to its expiry date.
All 64 districts. Inside Dhaka city a parcel usually arrives the next working day; outside Dhaka it is normally three to five days through our courier partners. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship, and you can also pay by card, bKash, Nagad or Rocket through our payment gateway. The current charges and timings are on the shipping & delivery page, which reads them from the same table that prices your order at checkout — so what you are quoted there is what you are charged.
We ask for a mobile number because that is how an order is confirmed and how a courier reaches you, and for an address because a parcel needs one. We do not sell that information, and nothing about analytics or advertising runs in your browser until you have agreed to it — the cookie banner you saw on your first visit is a real switch, not a notice. The details are in our privacy policy.
A shop that cannot be reached is the problem we started out to fix, so the fastest routes are the human ones:
