Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Oil-Infused

The standard micellar water removes light makeup; this one has an oil phase suspended in it, which is what waterproof mascara and long-wear liner need in order to come away without rubbing the eye. Shake it, hold a soaked pad against closed lashes for ten seconds, and it lifts in one sweep instead of five. Shake well to mix the two phases. Soak a cotton pad, press over the eyes or lips for ten seconds, then sweep away. Repeat until the pad comes away clean.
