The Ordinary Retinol 0.2% in Squalane

Retinol is the most studied ingredient for fine lines, rough texture and uneven tone, and 0.2% is the right place to start. It is dissolved in squalane, an oil that skin tolerates well, which softens the dryness retinol can cause in the first weeks. Use at night only, build up slowly, and never skip sunscreen the next morning. সূক্ষ্ম রেখা, খসখসে ত্বক ও অসম রঙের জন্য রেটিনল সবচেয়ে বেশি গবেষণা হওয়া উপাদান, আর ০.২% শুরু করার সঠিক মাত্রা। এটি স্কোয়ালেনে দ্রবীভূত, যে তেল ত্বক সহজে মানিয়ে নেয়, তাই প্রথম কয়েক সপ্তাহে রেটিনলের কারণে হওয়া শুষ্কতা কম লাগে। শুধু রাতে ব্যবহার করুন, ধীরে ধীরে বাড়ান, আর পরদিন সকালে সানস্ক্রিন কখনো বাদ দেবেন না।

At night, after cleansing, apply 3–4 drops to dry skin, then moisturiser. Start twice a week and increase gradually. Avoid using with acids on the same night. Not for use during pregnancy. রাতে মুখ ধোয়ার পর শুকনো ত্বকে ৩–৪ ফোঁটা লাগান, তারপর ময়েশ্চারাইজার। সপ্তাহে দুবার দিয়ে শুরু করে ধীরে বাড়ান। একই রাতে অ্যাসিডের সঙ্গে ব্যবহার করবেন না। গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহার করবেন না।
